Living through the work

Most extension clients stay in the house. We build a temporary separation, keep the kitchen running as long as we possibly can, and sequence the noisy work into agreed windows.

Common Questions

Many single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but limits vary by property and location. We will tell you honestly at the first visit which route applies.

On a typical rear extension, around three to four weeks. We plan the sequence with you and can install a temporary kitchen if needed.
