Commercial Construction

Offices, retail and hospitality builds and fit-outs delivered on programme and with minimum disruption to trading.

Commercial work is judged on two things: the quality of the finish, and whether you opened when you said you would. We plan commercial projects backwards from your opening date and build the programme around it.

We deliver new commercial buildings, full CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, and refurbishment of occupied premises. Where a building has to keep trading, we phase the works, run out of hours where necessary, and keep dust, noise and access under tight control.

Compliance handled properly

Fire stopping, means of escape, DDA access, mechanical and electrical coordination and landlord approvals are all managed as part of the build, not bolted on at the end. You get an O&M manual and a complete certificate pack at handover.

Yes. We routinely phase commercial works and run evening or weekend shifts so trading continues, and we agree the access and noise plan with you before we start.

We prepare and submit the technical information needed for a licence to alter and liaise with the landlord's surveyor throughout.
