Quotations and estimates

Prices, timescales and specifications shown on this website are indicative only. A binding quotation is issued in writing following a site visit and a full assessment of the works. All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to survey, ground conditions and any statutory approvals.

Project imagery

Photographs of completed projects are published with client permission. Some images are shown for illustrative purposes and may not depict the exact specification of work quoted.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, drawings and the CJX Construction name and logo, is owned by or licensed to CJX Construction and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
