CJX Construction was founded on a simple frustration: too many building projects were being delivered late, over budget and finished to a standard nobody would accept in their own home.
We set out to run things differently. Fixed, itemised pricing. A programme agreed before a spade goes in the ground. One site manager who answers the phone. And a finish that we are happy to photograph and put our name to.
More than a decade on, the majority of our work still comes from clients we have built for before, and the architects and surveyors who recommend us.

SMSTS qualified and NVQ Level 6, with a particular strength in period property and listed building work. The person most of our clients speak to day to day.
Naomi Clarke
Commercial Manager
Quantity surveyor by background. Runs the live cost plan on every project and makes sure variations are visible and agreed the week they arise, not at final account.
