Belgrave Interior Refurbishment
A high-specification interior refurbishment of a lateral apartment, delivered under strict building management access rules.
A complete interior refurbishment of a third-floor lateral apartment in a managed Belgravia block, working to an interior designer's detailed specification.
The scope covered a full strip-out, new joinery throughout, book-matched marble to the kitchen and bathrooms, replastering, and a complete lighting and AV installation.
Every material entered and every skip left through a single service lift with a two-hour daily booking window, which shaped the entire logistics plan.
Building management permitted works only between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, with a single service lift available for two booked hours per day and a strict noise curfew. Marble slabs had to be craned in through a window.
We pre-cut and dry-fitted all joinery and stone off site so that on-site work was assembly rather than fabrication. A detailed daily lift schedule was agreed with building management six weeks ahead, and the marble lift was carried out under a single Sunday road closure.
Completed within the six-month programme with no breach of building management rules and no complaints from neighbouring residents. The client has since instructed us on a second property.
